MDP's terms yielded no public benefit: Mohamed Ismail

Vilimalé constituency MP Mohamed Ismail stated that the Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) did not accomplish any beneficial actions for the state or its citizens during its two terms in power. Criticizing the MDP's past governments, he alleged that they focused on hiring people for companies and establishing unnecessary commissions. He further noted that the current government is working to improve the nation's economy and implement major development projects, while also offering voluntary retirement packages to reduce company expenses and save them.
