Real estate housing project delayed, awaiting finance ministry approval

Mayor of Kulhudhuffushi City has stated that the real estate housing project initiated by the City Council has been awaiting approval from the Ministry of Finance for over a year. He noted that no housing projects have progressed in Kulhudhuffushi since the current government took office. The Mayor also highlighted that a large housing project, initiated by the previous government, has been completely halted by the current administration. The City Council has expressed concern over the delay in obtaining approval for this project.
