Call to avoid non-Muslim festivals

Today's Friday sermon urged Muslims not to participate in the festivals and celebrations of non-Muslims. It was stated that Islamic civilization began with the revelation to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and Islamic civilization means progress achieved through Islamic culture, principles, and laws. The sermon highlighted that the Islamic Ummah has fallen into its current deep pit due to Muslims distancing themselves from religion, separating religion and politics, abandoning knowledge and research, and focusing solely on the material world. It called for a return to the Quran and Sunnah and diligent pursuit of knowledge to overcome this situation.
